Your advertisement says that the program load time is 50% faster but when loading a file picture (any file picture) from any drive or source on my computer using a phone stop watch it takes a full 40 plus seconds to fully load. Not having a tool load option by default is not going to work out and as your level 2 development team has announce they are supposed to be working on a correction but its been over two months and noting has been forthcoming. If any of these changes for 2018 were intended then at least allow a preference to load the crop tool in a classic fashion by default as with the crop tool in previous version. The crop tool issue is outright aggravating with the horrible background mask that is nearly uncontrollable especially when zooming and the added slide bars that appear as soon as you activate the tool. X9 ultimate work nearly flawlessly and I am trying to make sense of why not return 2018 for a full refund and just reload my copy X9 Ultimate.
